The HCCPTA News & Review is published bi-monthly. Single copies are mailed to each local PT(S)A President. Additional copies are forwarded through HCPS courier system for use by the local units and a copy is provided for each school Principal.

The mailing list for the HCCPTA News & Review includes: All County and State Elected Officials, the Governor of the State of Maryland, the County Executive, the County Council Members, the Harford County Board of Education Members, State Senators, State Delegates, US Senators, and selected HCPS central office personnel. (Information which can be found on this website a by clicking the navigation bar to access "Public Officials Contacts").

In addition, copies of the newsletter are mailed to the Maryland State PTA Office, MDPTA Officers and Board Members, and Council Presidents around the State,
