HCCPTA is the representative organization of the local PTA/PTSA units of Harford County. The Council's charge is to unite and strengthen the activities of the local units and to coordinate the efforts of the local units of Harford County.
Quorum is required for the council to conduct the business of the organization. Your attention and attendance is requested. All interested individuals in support of students are welcome.
